Cancellation Policy

At Willow Kinesiology, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I value your time and commitment to your wellbeing, and I ask that you value mine in return.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments:

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the session cost.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Arriving Late:

• If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to respect the next client’s time. The full session fee will still apply.

Exceptions:

• I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Genuine emergencies or sudden illness will be considered on an individual basis.

Payment of Fees:

• Cancellation fees are payable within 24 hours of the missed appointment and can be settled via the same payment method as your regular session.
